    I get the message "Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while. ...." when trying to redeem a voucher for a 3M Gold Renewal.

    How can I resolve?

    I just went to renew my 3 month subscription and found that it is no longer available here, it must have something to do with that. You can only order 1 month subscription, or 12 month. 3 months looks gone Gold Renewal: Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while. :( Totally sucks if thats a permanent change.

    Except that in my region the vendor was happy to sell it - so I expect it to work...

    Try redeeming on either the Web or a console (whichever you were not doing it when you got the error) and let us know how that goes.
