    so I purchased a 12 month gold subscription in November last year and now live is telling me my gold has run out. This is ridiculous and Xbox support wouldn’t even let me talk to a real person. Please for the love of god help me

    Think it's best for you to contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    There was no help on the in the -Find it yourself support- area so I'm posting it here. My membership was going to end on the
    9th of September But instead it ended on the 6th. I know some of you are going to think "Oh he just read the 9 wrong" But no
    I didn't because i have checked it many times before and I would not read it wrong when it involves my money.
    So whats up microsoft? why did
    my membership end early?

    I found out my friend had a month left and it just stopped. i don't think its a billing issue. I really don't want to call microsoft but i guess im going to have to.

    Since it's a billing issue you'd need to take it up with phone support.
