Gold purchases blocked

When I go to download a game from Gold - my membership is up to date and paid for and shown in my account - it never works - the error code is something like PUR Blocked by Family Policy. This is on my account - I am an adult with no restrictions on my account!!

Please help??

Has the Gold been put on the same account? Are the games, from game's with gold?

Try to power cycle by pressing and holding the power button till fully off then wait 60 seconds and power up again.

On your Xbox One, the games will appear in the "Ready to install" section of My Games and Applications.
