    Hi, I am having a bit of a problem, when I turn on my Xbox it logs on but despite the fact that I have an active Gold subscription the ads say Join now and when I try to use multiplayer in games it says that I need a gold subscription. Anyone have an idea
    on how to fix this.

    So, Today I tried to renew my gold account for 1 month, but when I clicked on the 1 month option, I got an error like this:

    When I tried to remove my current credit card, it said, I have a debt. Almost same thing happened when I tried to renew on my xbox, but i got a different error code.

    How can I fix it?

    i am positive that i have gold and when i sign in it says gold member on xbox.com but every time i go to xbox live rewards it says i need a gold membership to do this but i am a gold member what do i do

    Hi,

    Have you recently renewed your Gold Subscription?

    Sometimes it can take 24 hours to take affect. You could also try re downloading your Gamer profile onto your Xbox again.

    When you buy gold on the website there is a delay before the console will recognize it. To speed up the process, either test your connection or recover your account.

    Im having the same problem. I have live until june of next year and it keeps telling me to buy live. I was playing online this morning and I come home and now this ish!!!!! Im not buying a new console!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure thats where all this is leading
