Gold Problems

i had recently found a xbox 14 day trial that was not used. I put in the code and it said it was available, so i accepted the code. I waited a while and it says I do not have a xbox trial at all. I have 2 of these codes and I dont want to waist the other.
I dont know if this is a bug but i was happy at first when i found them both. please respond if you have any advice about how i could fix this. I realy want to get this gold membership working.

Gold problems

So, Today I tried to renew my gold account for 1 month, but when I clicked on the 1 month option, I got an error like this:

When I tried to remove my current credit card, it said, I have a debt. Almost same thing happened when I tried to renew on my xbox, but i got a different error code.

How can I fix it?

i am positive that i have gold and when i sign in it says gold member on xbox.com but every time i go to xbox live rewards it says i need a gold membership to do this but i am a gold member what do i do

 

you mean it said you don't have gold which you dont

Trial cards only give you temporary multiplayer acces and non ranked matches

Games that require gold won't work like destiny

You don't have access to deals with gold or Games with goldgold

Yours best option is to use the game that you bought it with

 

Iyou can't stack trials you must wait till the other one expires

I can see you're having issues with entering a code which seems to be a struggle today, so don't worry - you're not on your own!

This can usually be fixed by doing this through the browser by visiting this link. If you've tried this then I'd advise attempting via the Xbox Console.

In regards to your second half of the thread, you wouldn't be able to "stack" your trial codes together, you'd have to activate one then the other one after your first has expired.

I would advise to check your account history and double check that your first code was actually processed.
