GOLD PROBLEMS!!Gold Doesn't work

i just wasted two more gold xbox thx a lot i mean i just redeemed my xbox live 14 Days trial code but i can't play online it says it expires 7th of july and i can download games with gold but i can't play online or join groups or create them plz help i wanted
to play overwatch today but i can't just tell me if i am appearing to be gol to u and if i am not then should i purchase 1 month instead of 14 Days

I'm sorry to see any Gold issues! It does appear that, according to
your public profile, you were able to play Rocket League yesterday; that game would require Gold to be able to play. Are you still having issues at this time, or are you good to go. Let me know if you're still having problems so that we can sort those out
together.

Gold doesn't work

Hi,

I've got a problem. I'm a gold member and my Xbox says that I'm a gold member until the 21/05/2018. However, I can't play online and I have a screen which shows me the opportunity to buy a gold subscription.

Moreover, I have still the possibility to buy games with less extensive price as a gold member.

What can I do?

The following limitations and restrictions apply to Xbox Live trial subscriptions from games or console bundles:

• If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription
  expires.
• Prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and bundles.
• You can’t access Games with Gold for the Xbox 360 with this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
• You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
  and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
• If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
