Gold problems being annoying

Hello, today i bought a 15 days reedem code for gold i activated it and my xbox one says that i have and it will expires in 25/09/2017 but if i try to go on Paladins games for example and try to play online it redirects me to buy a gold access it's my first
time purchasing an xbox in my life and i'm really annoyed by this problem cause i was so excited that i bought the gold code to play paladins with my friends but at final it won't work please do something for me i just lost a day from my gold already

Constant Connection Problems

Can't understand why the connection problems are not being solved. Very annoying.

 

Blu-ray stutter

anyone having the “no disc” bluray movies issue? annoying not being able to watch bluray movies. no problems with dvds, games or even 3d blurays.

 

What you would have bought would be a trial card, not a full gold card. Trials only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer and will not work with all games and game modes. Some trial cards will only work for the game they came with.

 

So can't i play Paladins online ?

 

someone please answer me if i can play paladins online cause actually when i try it won't work i'm so furious my first time i bought an xbox console and i think i'm going to sell it and never buy another xbox console on the whole of my life PS4 free to play
games don't even requires playstation plus i'm going to get ride of this **** as soon as possible to get the ps4 thanks for intention less you gave to your client and ignored me not only me as i can see but everyone here is being fooled and ignored it's ashame.

 

If the trial is not working with that game, then you would need a full gold subscription in order to play it.

Sorry you're upset. However, trial codes to specifically state on the card what they can be used for. I also wanted to mention that PS4 also uses a pay to play system and they just recently raised the cost of their live service.

 

But it has really no sense at all trial or not trial everyone depends on how much money can spend for example me i was only able to buy the 14j and was happy cause i thought i was going to finally play online for the first using xbox but i got dissapointed
every reedem code 14j or even 1day if it existed should have the same privileges cause it's not everyone who can buy 1 month or 12 months gold membership it's actually expensive a little bit.

BUUUUT! the most unbelieveable think is that free to play games requires xbox live gold WHAT THE HELL ? Looks like Xbox are just interested in money and not in their players THIS IS SO POINTLESS TO BE HONEST so what for a free to play game is made for SERIOUSLY
? If i'm wrong please tell me that cause to be honest i'm saying the truth (so sad) cause i was so happy when i purchased the xbox one anyways i decided to keep i really don't know why but i will keep it and I GOT A FEELING THAT XBOX gonna be fixing this stuffs
soon especially the Free to play games that requires xbox live gold which is a scandale.
