Gold payed for but not received

Can someone please tell me how to get my credit from Microsoft for a 2nd 850 gold pack that I did not get. I got email from W.O.T that Microsoft has fixed problem and gave everyone affected 850 in gold but would have to get a credit for any other payed for
from Microsoft. I did get the fist 850 pack from Microsoft but when I go to account billing they say I have to go to a rewards forum?

Wy do i payed for xbox gold.

Some People i know don't payed for gold but still played on xbox live Multiplayer.

Sea of Thieves mercenary code and ferry man code not recieved

I purchased 3 months of gold for 45% off during a promotion in April that included a sea of thieves cosmetic code but have still not received it,

I also purchased the sea of thieves controller and put in my code for the ferry man cosmetic set that is included but it said it had already been used and it was unopened form the store.

I would like to receive these codes as I have purchased both of these cosmetic packs with my own money and it is very frustrating that this has happened with your products and services as I payed for them and you as a company have received my money and I
have not received what I have payed for.
