Gold pass challenges

Hi I have purchased a digital download xboc gold Live 12 moth subscription for my son via amazon. They sent the code and it says I have redeemed this however it is not showing up in my account or the xbox etc

Tried talking to Amazong they say speak to XBOX or Microsoft directly

This is the only contact option available

Help would be gratefully received

You'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with with support, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Support will check on the gems for gold, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1, so it would only be possible to have gotten the gems once so far. The challenge for game pass started on November 1, so it would be too soon to earn gems for that
challenge.

There are challenges to receive gems for keeping gold and game pass for a certain amount of time, but there are no offers to receive credits or gems for actually purchasing them. And subscriptions do not count towards VIP.
