    Hello,

    I have a monthly subscription to the XBOX Live Gold tacitly renewed every month.

    On 11/08/2017, the payment was made like the other months. Yesterday, I added the "family" members to my XBOX one console (500 GB, 1st generation) and then I restarted the console (plug disconnected and reconnected).

    On account familiesj7 (gold connected account) and on the game Destiny I appeared as not having the Gold yet... But the option was active in the parameters.

    so I had to repay the same subscription yesterday.

    Have you got the same trouble? how i can cancel the payement?

    I paid twice, in error, to have the advertisements stopped. I still have the advertisements and how do I get a refund?

    Ok i thought the same thing... i'll search for phone contact in fr (this forum is the only solution in xbox suppport online).

    DId you read what I wrote? I am an xbox gold Member. I have paid the subscription fee twice. When I say I paid the fee again, that means I paid it once before, and I am already a member. Why would I be complaining about this if I weren't a gold member?
