Gold paid but problems in the store platform

Good evening, today I have paid for a Xbox Live Gold Code in the xbox store, after I saw that there was an offer for it, I introduced my debit card information and I paid, after that an error in the platform apears saying that an error occured, I tryied
one more time and again the error, after that I check my account state in the bank and the charges where made. I am from mexico so, the quantity of one account was $261 MXN of course the total charge was for $522 MXN and I don't have any code.

Can anyone help me please?

Only paid gold members are entitled to the free games, pretty sure trials are not included. Should show up in the store when you activate your paid gold membership.

Go to the store and buy a pre-paid gold subscription. It's much cheaper, and far less hassle.

So Gold is best bet then when there are occasional games available for the 360 platform. I can do PC but defeats the whole reason to have the paid membership thing for the Xbox 360.
