    An exclusive offer for me appeared on my front page on my Xbox one. One month gold ON US. It read. I clicked on it and was charged £5.99. I thought on us ment it was free. I had to cancel immediately.

    Why is my Xbox One saying that I can't play Killer Instinct online?

    Not to knock ya, but the Xbox One diminishes in quality severely without Gold. There are a ton of Gold features, free games, discounts and online play to be had. Just get a Gold subscription asap. Besides, trials, weirdly only work with some things it seems. I ran out of Gold once and I wanted to use up all my free trials before resubscribing... I couldn't do half the things I wanted. Lame. Also, while it could be a problem with Killer Instinct, GameStop will never suggest it was a problem on their part.--So keep that in mind.

    Sorry to hear it. Your account is showing as having a Gold membership. If you are still unable to play online then please try heading to Settings>System>Network and run a connection test. This will log your account out. When it is finished and you log

    Is that account having the problem the same one you used to post this question? If so, it shows that the account is a silver account and not a gold account. This is likely the problem you are having connecting. If you had a gold account, it is likely a billing
    issue.
