    I just recently got Xbox Live Gold on my Living room Xbox One S, but when I go into my office and log into the same account on my other Xbox, it says I need to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold in order to play online. Can you tell me what is causing the Xbox
    Live Gold to not sync?

    Call xbox support at 1-800-469-9269 & they may be able to help with fixing the gamertag issue. The only way to transfer 360 game saves to xbox one is through the cloud but ONLY if the 360 game is backwards compatible.

    On xbox One you don't need more than One gold account. if one person is already gold, they just have to have their account on the xbox one and all other accounts made or moved to the xbox one can use all the gold benefits. You can even play online against
    each other.

    The gold membership for the XBOX ONE and the XBOX360 uses "process", meaning if you redeem one year of gold right now, it'll transfer on the XBOX ONE also.

    The Gold Subscription will transfer to Xbox One and the subscription will be good regardless if you log on to your Xbox 360 or your Xbox One.
