Gold offers?

When I am trying to get into Gold within my profile it say, Sorry there was a problem opening the page, please try a moment later.

However, my son can open the page under his profile.

Any idea how to fix this?

Gold Stars

(Guitar) I know the Gold Stars are worked out on some multiple of the 5 star score, but that works very differently depending on the song.

For example - I FC'd Here It Goes Again a few times before I got Gold Stars as I needed to get an optimum overdrive path, yet was amazed to get Gold Stars on More Than a Feeling with only 97 or 98% notes hit.

Any particularly easy or hard songs to get Gold Stars on?

I don't have enough information for troubleshooting this problem...

 

try purchasing the free games through the store on your computer, once "purchased" they should automatically download to your console when it is connected to xbox live.

Hi sorry, been away. So it turned out my profile is corrupted. I tried everything, remove and then re-download my profile. Also if I go to subscription, it gives me the 0x80bd0006 error.

I contacted support, she was nice and supportive, but couldn't find any solution to this. She even refreshed my Gold subscription but no luck. Still getting this error.

As a workaround I can DL the games online, but this is quite frustrating I can't use my console for it was supposed to be used.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but have you tired doing a fresh restart of your system? I don't often have issues with mine, but when I do this is always the first thing I do. 99% of the time this will fix my issue, or free up whatever was causing
the issue and allows me to do whatever it was that I was trying.

 

The errorcode does indeed indicate that your profile is corrupted. You didn't specify what you did after you contacted support but this is the suggested solution which you should try

 

Yes, I tried all these. Removed account, turned off the console, plugged out the power cord, then powered it back on, re-download the account.

Even tried to change the password and still getting the error.

It does seem I have issues with the Gold subscription, but obviously I do not want to cancel it.

 

Sorry to hear it. If the account is corrupted and deleting and redownloading doesn't fix it then give phone support another call and ask them to have the issue escalated. They'll have the escalation team look into your account and fix the problem.
