Gold not working on Xbox One

I have a current Gold account, I just verified it is paid through February 2019. When I check subscriptions in my account on the console it says the same, that my account is paid through February 2019. I have not been able to play on xbox live for about
a week and a half. When I try to use any live features, it directs me to the page where I can buy a gold account. The only feature I have been able to get to work is to download new free games with gold, but I can't play them on live if needed.

Can't download Castlestorm with Live Gold

I have actual paid subsciptions, expiration 13/01/2016. Xbox one gold games is working, just 360 game not working.

 

my live gold subscription apear in my xbox account over internet from my labtop, but it does not apear on my xbox one and not fuction

I have one month xbox live gold subscription expire on 06/20/2016, I see this information from my account over internet using my laptop. but when using my xbox one my gold supscription does not apear and does not working.

I have this gold subscription since 05/20/2016 and It work for 15 days, but today it stop working

any one can help please

Hi, I'd first recommend to visit http://account.microsoft.com/services and log in with the account that has the subscription to make sure it shows up there. If the subscription shows, I'd try removing the
account with gold from the console and then re-adding it as the above poster says, though you may also want to try performing a power cycle on the console after you remove the profile but before you add it back. Note that you'll need to know the email and
password associated with the account you're removing/adding, so only try this if you know that information.

Just confirming, if I remove my account from the console and re-add it, I will not lose any data.

I would hate to lose data over my LIVE subscription not working.

 

Just confirmed, data is synced and stored in the cloud. I think I am ok.
