    Gold not working on Xbox.com


    When I log into Xbox UK to purchase Black Ops 1, I am being charged full price even though my "Gold" doesn't expire till September. I contacted Xbox support on Twitter but they were not much help and just fobbed me off instead of investigating my issue.
    I am in the correct account, I can view all my friends etc but I just can't get the gold discount in Black Ops.

    It would appear that the gold is now working (though, in your case Brock, the profile you're posting with might not be the one you were referring to). On the Xbox.com forums, the profile name is displayed in a gold/orange color when the profile has a Gold
    subscription and in a silver/grey color when its Silver. Are the profiles working now on your consoles?

    it only works on console. On xbox.com it it not possible for me to buy any xbox 360 stuff for money. free stuff works, games with gold also did not work. I got this problem first time with a games with gold 360 games in 2019, after this every month same
    problem. Microsoft need to repair their Xbox 360 shop on xbox.com.

    I've this problem too about few days. Via xbox.com all works perfect - gold is on but in XO subsciription is to 01.2017 but inactive so i can't download games from gold without paying for it. :/
