Discus and support Gold not shared since renewal in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; XB1 was purchased in the beginning of March 2015. Gold was renewed on 3/20/2015.     XB1 was purchased in the beginning of March 2015. Gold was renewed on 3/20/2015. There were 3 accounts added at that time. Everything worked fine until the last renewal this week. Now the gold only shows up for one account metrofish 2008.
    doesn't show gold status at all. x MsVee x shows gold expiring in 2 days. All of these accounts had been using one membership up until now. We only have one console and all the accounts are members of the same family.

    We have not offered the Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals since 2014.

  3. Wasn't there something about not needing Gold for Netflix anymore?

    Thanks everyone. We have several Gold memberships at the moment but may not renew all of them when the year is up since we no longer need it for app streaming.

    Make sure the account with the gold subscription has the console set as their Home console.

    The other accounts will not show as being Gold - they are still Silver members - but while they all play on the same console they can "share" the benefits of the one Gold member. So if one account is Gold and has that console as their Home, that does not
    make the other accounts have individual Gold memberships (e.g. they show as Silver here on the forums), but they *can* play multiplayer and use other Gold features while on that console.

    I hope that helps clarify things.

    They're not sharing any benefits. 2 accounts can't go online, can't access Games with Gold either.

    Everything you describes makes it sound like the Gold account has changed their Home Xbox designation.

    I know Smwutches recommended above to look at this setting and you said it's correct, but a change in Home Xbox is the only explanation for everything you're seeing.

    As a test: does the Gold account own any digital games that were not obtained through the Games with Gold program? If so, try launching them with only one of the Silver members signed in; make sure the Gold account is signed out. (To add: this cannot be
    a game that one of the Silvers may have also purchased, e.g. a free game - it should be a game that only the Gold account paid for and neither of the other accounts paid for.)

    If an error message appears saying "Do you own this game? Please insert the disc or buy from the Store" (not exactly those words, but words to that effect), then the issue is guaranteed to be a change in Home Xbox designation, so take a look at that for
    the Gold account.
