Gold not recognized

Discus and support Gold not recognized in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't go into matchmaking. It keeps saying that I need a gold membership even though I have 12 mos.     I can't go into matchmaking. It keeps saying that I need a gold membership even though I have 12 mos. Stuck with XBox tech support for an hour and half with no results. Please fix

    Gold subscription not recognized?

    In my profile it says I am a gold member but when I go to My account the expiration date is N/A. I know when my membership ends and am sure it isn't now. The same also applies to rewards.xbox.com when I try to view MyStats and the "upgrade to gold" button
    is under my GT. I should mention that the rewards.xbox account also uses my old profile picture (though I'm pretty sure I was able to view MyStats before). Is it something in my cache/cookies?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

    If that doesn't work then you'll need to continue dealing with phone support for more assistance.

    Did you try clearing your cache? If that doesn't work, try signing out of your account, removing your account from your Xbox and recovering it again.

    Hi popcan nine2. Smwutches is correct. The program also recognizes your Gold status and you are Gold in the program.

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Xbox Live Gold no longer exists, it's now GamePass Core, but 360 will recognize that as gold, but you might have to do it on the web
