Gold not associated to my profile

Hi. I owned a X360 and Xone and I have been gold for three years. Recently, I just can not get into live with gold! (imagine play destiny on that way).

However in my "account" is still clear that my renovation for gold signature is until october,2017. Recently, my 7 yeard old son plays minecraft on xbox360 and I do not know if he accidentally did something that change the signature.

I´ve already delete all the profiles from x360 except mine but the problem continues.

How do I recover the gold (actually valid) for my profile?

Profile Merge

How can I merge my game profile and Xbox Live profile? Unfortunately, while setting up my Xbox Live Gold Account my existing profile on the unit was not associated with it. Can they be merged???

Xbox Live Gold Associating to Gamertag

Hello,

I had the family plan on the xbox360 and had 3 profiles in use. Profile A was my Daughters, Profile B was not used, Profile C was my sones. When the gold expired I bought a new subscription and it worked for my daughter. So my son complained ;-) and I bought
another. I think it is associated to profile B. How do I get it changed so my son can use the xbox live associated to profile B (whcih I am willing to delete if someone will tell me how).

Which country are you physically located in on our
Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You may be in a country or region that's not officially supported or it could mean that some features may not
work properly.

If the profile associated with your Netflix account is the same one you've used to post in this thread then the problem is that your profile is no longer associated with gold. You need a gold subscription to be able to use the Netflix app on your console.

if i delete my original profile wont it download new gamertag associated with email and i lose gold mem. ive downloaded profile and its new gt but havent deleted old gt.

is gold mem. stick with gt or email account?

A child account should not need a separate gold membership as long as its associated with an adult "GOLD" account period !!! As long as only one profile can be used at a time if the adult logs in the child is signed out

Verify that the subscriptions associated with your
profile include activation to the Gold service and its expiration date. It is also possible that you have used a different profile for redeeming the service.
