    Gold Mmebership Issue


    Dear All,

    i had purchased XBOX Live Gold Membership 12 months + 1 month which comes with code in the back.

    i tried to put the code in the XBOX and it keep telling me invalid code and when am trying on the XBOX website keep telling me try in other time.

    i have checked with Support team and they told me the code is valid and they moved my request to the Advocacy team.

    the told me the estimated time for them to reply me is around 2 - 4 Days since 3 Days i didnt hear from them.

    i would like to ask if anyone had any expeirence with this problem before and when did they solve it for him/her.

    I will appreciate your reply and assistance.

    I redeemed a 1 month xbox live gold subscription via Microsoft rewards and haven't recieved it

    On the 29th I redeemed 5600 Microsoft reward points to get the "Hot deal - 1 month Xbox Live Gold Mmebership. I got a text as usual asking me to verify the redemption which I did. However I still haven't received anything. On top of this I've spoke to support
    and they couldn't see any evidence of this and sent me here.

    I have also tried to use the "resend" button however this has not been succesful.

    I have attached the printscreen of my rewards history below.

    On top of this I haven't had this problem before.

    When you say your account rebooted do you mean it gave you a new gamertag also or it just took away the gold subscription or both?

    If it did both that means you signed in with a different Microsoft account and it created a new xbox profile for you.

    If you are not sure what the email is for the account that had the gold on it you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamertag and if they can verify the ownership of the account they can give you the email
    associated with the gamertag.

    If it is showing the correct gamertag you may want to check your subscription in the settings on your console and make sure the gold is still active. if it is try doing a power cycle of the console by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds for
    it to shut off then unplug it for about a minute then plug it back in and start it back up and see if it allows you to use your gold.

    Hi, It's the ambassador site that's saying i don't have gold, and has locked me out of the ambassabank and forums even though my profile subscriptions says

    Xbox Live Gold

    1 Month Xbox Live Gold

    Renews On: 11/22/2014

    as i put a couple months on. Not sure if it'll fix itself. I did contact Microsoft about this issue but they said to post here cause they didn't know themselves what was wrong.

    Ah ok. Are you able to post a thread in this forum section. Is specifically for ambassador issues like the one you are experiencing.
