Gold memberships doesn't want to purchase.

good day gents

So the account that my gold memberships payments go off was empty for 2 months. Now when I try to purchase gold membership(R15) it doesn't go thru. It shows a error message saying PI-BANNEDPAYMENT... Something. However it is deducting the money for the reserved
purchased(R8) of the account ... PLEASE HELP

Sorry to hear it. However, gift cards and Xbox currency cannot be used to purchase Gold memberships. You can only purchase memberships using a credit card, Paypal or a pre-paid Gold membership card.

Adding family members

The family plan has actually been discontinued. So it is no longer a purchase option. You would have to purchase separate gold memberships for each profile if they all want to play online.

Sorry but the currency is the same as MS Points. Neither are able to be used to purchase a Gold membership. You'll either need to add a credit card or paypal or purchase a Gold membership card if you want to have a Gold membership.

Have a parental account make the purchase with a gold membership not home gold as it doesn't apply to the web

The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.
