    I just finished talking to hervin and he said that since my account was suspened 8/8/14 temporarily it wasn't totally taken off. And I need to purchase a new subscription because my gold ran out can you guys fix it my gamertag is A White Eevee

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    I just want to stop sharing my xbox live gold membership with other profiles in my xbox one.

    Past days I saw the option for stop sharing gold but I cant find it again.

    Anyone knows how to?

    That's alright. Just head over to Settings and scroll right until you see Add to Family. Remove the people listed there from your family and they won't share the Gold membership anymore.

    Can anyone help with this. My xbox says I need xbox live to play online and i thought i had to renew it. So when i tried to renew, it says " you already have an gold membership" so i reconnect my internet to see if tat worked, it said the same thing. Then
    i kept trying to connect over and over but it wont work and i dont plan on deleting the storage for a chance. Any ideas.

    You are showing as having a Gold membership. Can you try deleting your profile from the console, hold the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then redownload the profile to see if that works.

    no trials do not stack

    nor do they add time to gold memberships

    as gold memberships overwrite trial memberships to give you the full gold membership

    Trial memberships are not proper memberships, and cannot be used for things such as Games with Gold, as well as Vault Games. Only paid Gold Memberships will give you the full features of Gold Membership.

    In the moment you convert your membership to ultimate your gold membership is included in that conversion, so if you cancel your ultimate membership you terminate your gold membership as well. In that case you should purchase xbox gold membership again.

    The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.

    Gold Membership is the old requirement to use YouTube on the Xbox. Gold Membership is also a requirement for all apps, but some, such as Netflix, will also require a subscription with them.

    You don't actually need a 12-Month Gold Membership, any Gold Membership will do, and you can use apps like YouTube during the membership.
