Gold membership

Hello my name is Gabriel and i was wondering because I have $3 if I can purchase Gold for that price the reason I ask is because last time I had gold it was 7 months ago and a representative just said for me to post a forum. Im sorry if this sounds cheep
but I hope you can help me.

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?
