Gold Membership

FYI - I got an update email tonight to let me know that their engineers are actively working on this issue.

 

I got the same Problem, also with a 3 month membership. Is there a solution now?

 

No further info yet on my support ticket.

 

5 days for myself, even longer for others. Seemingly no official acknowledgement of this issue outside of individual email contact.

I'm disappointed... I understand this must be a difficult issue. However, it would be nice to hear from some kind of an official. Because the lack of knowing what to do is not exactly pleasant.

 

i am in the same boat as most of the others here, brought a 3 months membership, freegames are workin, but no online :/

Latest update on my support ticket... They still don't have an answer, but had one suggestion to try:

I tried this and found that I didn't have IPv6 enabled anyway, so this didn't help me - but maybe this could help one of you. Please report back if it does.

I have the same problem. i buy a 3months live. and i can't play live. the gold games are working. but can log on to play online whit the friends...

so no one have got any help whit the problems you all having?

that sucks. im in sweden. and the swedish support don't work weekends.

 

Fellow Gamers. Just finished a live chat with a fantastic individual named Trey.

Go to your Xbox Settings>Account>Subscriptions, and take note of your Xbox Live Gold expiry date.

Then go to My Games and Apps, scroll to Memberships, and click Xbox Live Gold. In the top left should be the Expiry date, take note of this.

Take note of both expiry dates. Chances are you have two different expiry dates. Start an Xbox Support Live Chat and mention this to them.

After mentioning this to Xbox Support Live Chat they did something on their end, asked me to do a power cycle, and boom everything is working once again.

I hope this also works for all of you.

 

I tried checking subscription expiry dates as suggested above. No difference in my case. Still no further word on my support ticket.

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until it fully powers down. Sometimes a quick power cycle will help if you do not see Gold features reflected right away.
• Remove and re-download your Xbox Live profile
