Gold Membership years

I would like to know why the years on mu console is showing a 0 or not showing on my xbox one.

I have contacted xbox customer service and verified on their system that i have zero years as gold member.

Last summer i have checked at the account showed that i have 4 years. however, it suddenly disappeared. Please check the system to fix this issue since i would like that to appear on my profile.

How to turn off auto renewal

It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

Steps to follow:

1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

2) Proceed to My Account.

3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

Note:

If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com

I renewI renewed my Gold membership on March which she reflect five years of membership but it says four years instead of five.

Update : Now, it shows 3 years on my profile. Still 1 year missing. Last summer, when i checked i had 4 years. Please fix it.

Just to clarify, Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox Live Gold time a user has. I recommend checking out our Tenure Sticky for more information.
You can also check out commerce.microsoft.com to verify your cumulative amount of Xbox Gold time.

As added info to Mister Quimby's post, when your xbox live subscription runs out the tenure will go away but then come back once you sign up for xbox live gold again or renew your subscription. This is verified for the Xbox 360, but I'm not sure if its the
same for Xbox One
