    Gold membership won’t work


    Bought another Xbox one yesterday, this morning about 2 hours ago I paid $9.99 for a one month gold subscription (I paid on the Xbox itself and typed in my card info) it gave me no error as if the purchase completed and then I try to go into a live game
    doesn’t work says I need a live account, I purchase the same one month again, still doesn’t work. I go online and see both purchases went thru on Xbox.com. I restart system, I deleted profile and restored it, I tested my connection, nothing is working. Help
    me please

    I bought a 3 month Xbox gold membership and it keeps telling me something went wrong. I made sure all the letters are right. Still won’t work, let me know what might be wrong?

    Change the dates of gold membership

    It said my gold membership had ran out, so we bought another one, but it won’t “renew” until 2019

    Gold membership won’t work

    Sounds like you went through most of the troubleshooting steps we would give although I would check multiple games to verify it isn't the one game that is throwing that error your way. If that doesn't work give Support a call at 1-800-469-9269 and see if
    they can see what is going on.

    You need a full Gold membership to download the Games with Gold games. A trial membership will not work for that.

    do you have gold membership on your account or home gold

    If home gold that would be why

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one

    If 48hour trial then no that's not gold
    I have the gold membership on my account.

    If you’re both trying to play on the same account, it won’t work

    You’ll need one account with gold or gamepass and another account with gold or gamepass

    Well first thing is 14day trials arent actually gold membership and if you are trying to get games for gold it wont work

    In order to get full gold membership you actually need a paid membership

    14day trials only work for basic multiplayer and some options but usually only the game it was purchased with
