    gold membership was loaded under wrong account, how do I change or fix it?


    I bought xbox live Gold prepaid card. When I tried to load it on my gmail account, it ended up logging me in under my hotmail account instead of my gmail account. I wasn't aware of this until it said it was successful and showed it was set under the other
    account.

    I need it to be active on my gmail account. How do I fix this problem?

    My grandson signed up for the free x-box live and it worked OK, he got a gold membership and I loaded it on under my account and he is my friend. he wants to play MW3 on line and can not connect to the on-line game. He is listed under my family as an adult
    but he still can not play on-line. I'm not very familiar with x-box live or the games. Should I have loaded the gold card under his profile? How can I get it so he can play on-line? He was able to play MW3 on the free one month x-box live promotion, but
    can not now that we have the gold membership. What have I done wrong?

    I would like to cancel my auto renewal of our xbox live gold account. I´ve read all about how to do it but since I live in Sweden the site is in swedish. Under "my account" ; "subscriptions" ; "xbox live gold membership" it just says that the link is not
    supported in my language!!! How do I do? Can I call someone / change language of the site or what?
