    I redeem my 12 month gold membership today, When I try to download the GoW3 from web store, it shows that 19.99 will be charged to my credit card.

    Why did I get charged for gold 3 months and have no gold now?

    I recently got charged for 3 months gold but I already got charged last month for 3 month gold membership, im not sure if it's automatic renew but I never got asked only charged for it but now xbox.com and xbox live say I have silver membership when I should
    have another 5 months gold?! can someone please help me

    My xbox one said i need a gold membership

    before 4 days I've charged my gold membership for 3 months and I can't play online . Note : In the xbox the membership ends in 3 months

    Do Xbox Gold charge debit card?

    Yes, you can use a debit card. That's what I use. If it's a free game with gold and you have an active gold membership, they will not charge you.

    Do you have a payment method listed on your account? Even though the games are free you still need a card on file to "purchase" the free game. You will not be charged.

    Free Membership is free and Gold Membership is Gold for a reason.

    I'm sure you could get an official response on this, but I feel like charging $5 a month for XBL Gold prevents hackers/modders and allows Xbox to continue to grow and carry on various promotions.
