    Whenever i try to play online it sends me to try buying a xbox live gold membership and i am not allowed to play online, despite already having an active gold membership, so i want to know how to solve this problem because i hadn't been able to play online

    Sorry to hear about the Xbox Live Gold troubles! If you haven't tried already, try removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One and then add it back. If you're still having troubles, let's get you in contact with

    I have the same issue. With the new xBox one I got an code for 14 Days Gold membership. I can see online that this works but FIFA told me that I have to buy Gold now.... please help. Thanks!

    I bought the special 12 Month + 2 Month bundle... It comes in the one card...

    My account says that the card was activated, but it says it runs out in 1 month.... Not even 2...
