    Gold membership problem


    I updated my Gold membership yesterday to the yearly payments instead of monthly. I checked on here today and it was only showing my monthly subscription for 9.99 a month and not my yearly subscription. I canceled the monthly one but its still not showing
    my yearly. when I go to "payments and orders" it shows where I bought and paid for it, but no where else. its weird. any help out there?

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    unfortunately forums are a poor choice for purchase/subscription help since we cannot see any info on your account. I would recommend contacting support. most likely what happened is it was still set to monthly because your current subscription had not ended
    yet and the yearly had yet to begin. but without being able to look at your account I cannot say for sure.

    I have the same issue. With the new xBox one I got an code for 14 Days Gold membership. I can see online that this works but FIFA told me that I have to buy Gold now.... please help. Thanks!

    I bought the special 12 Month + 2 Month bundle... It comes in the one card...

    My account says that the card was activated, but it says it runs out in 1 month.... Not even 2...
