    GOLD MEMBERSHIP NOT WORKING


    I have a problem with my GOLD Membership. I already paid for GOLD and it shows that it will expire on 05.09.2017.

    However, when I log in on my XBOX ONE ; it still asks me to pay for it and I can not play online.

    Please let me know , what are possible solutions for this problem

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    GOLD MEMBERSHIP NOT WORKING

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. Our free introductory period for GOLD finished two days ago and we were meant to be billed for the next month. I received an email saying that renewal has occurred and our account says that everything is current and the next payment
    is due in July. However when my son logs in to play it has the same message as the OP above and he cannot play online.

    I have checked my PayPal account and this has no record of the payment request from Xbox Live, even though everything on the Msoft account says it's OK. Is there a problem with Msoft billing Paypal??

    I think it is common problem because I paid with CREDIT CARD and Xbox Live charged me already. It shows that I have 3 month of GOLD. However I can not play GTA V or Gears of War online.

    I am planning to refund my GOLD.

    no trials do not stack

    nor do they add time to gold memberships

    as gold memberships overwrite trial memberships to give you the full gold membership

    In the moment you convert your membership to ultimate your gold membership is included in that conversion, so if you cancel your ultimate membership you terminate your gold membership as well. In that case you should purchase xbox gold membership again.

    The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.

    Gold Membership is the old requirement to use YouTube on the Xbox. Gold Membership is also a requirement for all apps, but some, such as Netflix, will also require a subscription with them.

    You don't actually need a 12-Month Gold Membership, any Gold Membership will do, and you can use apps like YouTube during the membership.

    if you want party and full membership options you will need gold
