    Gold membership not working even though you got gold


    i just redeemed a 24 month Xbox live gold and I tried to start a party but it won't let me because it says I need gold but I got gold. Any solutions or ways to fix this problem?

    Xbox gold stopped sharing

    Home Xbox set and was sharing Xbox gold with my son yesterday it stopped working and keeps telling him to buy Xbox gold even though I have an active membership.

    Xbox live 14-day gold membership

    So i got a 14 day gold membership in my Halo 4 last week and i signed in today and it said i have silver now ,even though its only been 6 days i dont know whats wrong and it was working yestersay

    Hey there Theicemaniac09!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Xbox Live. If this is an issue on your Xbox One, let's give it a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still not able to access Xbox Live Gold features, try removing your Gamertag
    and then add it back to see if that helps.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Xbox Live. If this is an issue on your Xbox One, let's give it a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still not able to access Xbox Live Gold features, try removing your Gamertag
    and then add it back to see if that helps.

    Were you a Gold member when you originaly got the game??? The Optional Update unlocked a new character (and more) but, still needs a GOLD MEMBERSHIP to download even though it's free to play. IT's Free to Play by Gold Members. Purchase a Gold Membership
    is about the only help I can provide. Now is a good time You get 2 free games a month!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
