    Gold Membership not working despite having an active subscription.


    As stated in the title, I have an active 3 month subscription but my when I log onto my Xbox there's no gold membership there.

    I already tried deleting the cache of the console and I removed my account but nothing worked so far. So I'm guessing the issue is not on my side.

    Hoping for you guys to fix this.

    Gold membership problem

    Whenever i try to play online it sends me to try buying a xbox live gold membership and i am not allowed to play online, despite already having an active gold membership, so i want to know how to solve this problem because i hadn't been able to play online

    Renewed XBOX live GOLD membership through a PREPAID card

    I renewed XBOX live GOLD membership for my son through a 12 Months GOLD membership PREPAID card, I got a confirmation email after using the PREPAID MICROSOFT card and also I can see the new expiry date for his GOLD membership is 25/9/2018 when I sign in
    through a browser.

    But When I sign in through his XBOX ONE the GOLD membership appears expired and Despite signing in and out the GOLD MEMBERSHIP is not renewed when Signed in through the XBOX. But the online Subscription status through the browser shows an active GOLD MEMBERSHIP.

    Any Guidance???

    Okay it seems like I can download Games with Gold but when I try to join the multiplayer in Forza it says I need to buy Gold.

    According to the Xbox Live profile you are posting with you do not currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. Your gamercard font is Silver (indicating free membership) where as a Gold font indicates an active Gold membership. You can head over
    to https://commerce.microsoft.com and click on Subscriptions to see when your Gold subscription expired. Hope this helps!

    Sorry to hear it. A gold membership is required to play online multiplayer. Please make sure you have an active gold membership by logging in to account.microsoft.com and clicking on services and subscriptions.

    I'm sorry you're having issues with your Gold Game. If someone is Gamesharing with you downloaded that game from Games With Gold and no longer has an as active Gold membership it will appear in your game library but not be playable to you even if you still
    have an active Gold membership. However, if you downloaded it yourself with an active gold membership and it is still not working here are a few things you can try. Restart the console. clear your cache by going to settings> system> storage. Go into an app
    or game close it, then try your Gold game again. And of course check to make sure you're internet is connected and that you still have an active Gold subscription.
