    My game doesn't recognise my Gold membership anymore even though I have it. At launch, it worked and I could play online but a few days ago, it stopped working. I checked on my Microsoft account if I still have it and yes, I do. I can still play my free
    Gold games and download games for free, but every time I try to play online in Injustice, the game prompts me to get a subscription.

    As a precaution, if you submit payment with a credit card there will be a forced automatic renewal option. Although some sources say you can remove this online - that feature is broken and the only current way to remove this is by calling their support at:
    Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269

    If you opt not to cancel the auto-renew, by the time you see the charge on your bank account it may be too late to request a refund. (For myself it wasn't charged until 30 days after the 'billing date')

    If you do opt to call them to cancel the auto-renew be sure to have the information listed from this page handy:
    support.xbox.com/.../call-us.aspx

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to on
    account.live.com?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not

    Ive been onto that and the email address on thebilling page is the Live ID for his x box so i dont think ive put in on another account because we only have one!!! I have paid 39.99 and the balance on the accounnt is 0.00. Dont understand it at all!!!!

    Go to billing.microsoft.com and see what is going on with your account. Did you by chance put the gold time on the wrong account?
