Gold membership not activated on machine

Hi I paid for a gold live membership and in my accounts it says its paid up until November but when sign into my xbox profile its only saying I'm a silver member. I've tried talking to support about this but so far no solution has worked. I downloaded my
profile again. Have signed in and out etc etc.

Has anybody else had this issue or knows how to fix it? I'd be eternally grateful as it is I'm paying for something I can't use

My Xbox one console tells me i dont have gold but i can play online? i have 12 months worth

you told, that you have activated a 12 month gold membership. Have you activated it with the same account, you are logged in here? Your account here seems to be silver only. Did you use your account logged in here for playing on the Xbox One?
