Gold membership lost

Yesterday I redeemed the 14-day Trial of Live Gold that we got with our new Xbox One. Today it is gone and although the time seems to go way faster on holidays i think something bad has happened.

I tried to feed the Xbox the QR-code again but it said it is already used.

Now I am a little afraid to actually buy Gold.

Any ideas?

Gold Membership lost

Hello

I bought a 12 month prepaid gold membership today.

I activated it and everything was fine.

Then i tried to play Gears of War 3 on my Xbox One with a friend but i couldnt find him in my friendlist.

So i imported my Xbox Live Account to the Xbox 360 of my girlfriend (i wanted to use my old Xbox 360 but a cable was missing)

After importing my account to her 360 console i added my friend and turned of the 360 console to start my Xbox One again.

When i logged in to my account and started playing GoW 3 i saw my friend but couldn´t join him neither he could join me.

But that´s not the problem. The real problemis that i completely lost my new bought gold membership on my account.

When i try to start a party, i cant. My console always sends me to the page where i can buy a new membership.

We also tried it with an other game.

When we started Destiny and i tried to join his team my Destiny game told me that a Xbox Gold membership is needed to join his team.

Please help me i just don´t know what happend and what to do.

Sorry to hear it. A trial code does not give full access to online features but only partial. It also does not change your gamertag to Gold. If you have a trial membership you cannot play online ranked matches.

You can check to see if your membership was added at commerce.microsoft.com. If you are still having issues with it you should call phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269
