    I purchased a one-year membership on 2014.11.29, and it turned out I lost the membership on 2015.2.6.HELP ME!

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Sorry to hear about your issues with your one-year membership!

    Just so that I can understand your problem more easier, the membership turned out to not have ended on 2015/11/29 but on 2015/2/6.

    Microsoft sends an E-mail about a month ahead saying your membership is expiring soon before the deadline. Did you receive this E-mail?

    If it shows a year membership then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Once you let your gold membership lapse and don`t renew,you lose the ability to play online,you lose the use of all aps,you lose the deals of the week.

    These are yours as long as you are a gold member.

    And as has already been stated,why would you suddenly stop your membership,when getting all these things for free?

    you don`t just randomly stop paying for gold for no reason ,do you?

    But, you will need to contact Xbox Support (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/) about the hacking and your gold membership loss. They are the only ones who have access to the accounts.



    They should be able to find out what happened to your account.
