Gold Membership Help!

Ive just bought an xbox one and got a 14 day trial with it, tried to redeem the code last night and it said i already have Gold..I used to pay every month but haven't for a year or so on my 360, checked my account and def not paid that in a while. Cant find
anywhere that shows what my current membership is, on my xbox one setting or online account.

Is there anywhere you can see what your current Gold status is? how long is left etc.

Wasn't there something about not needing Gold for Netflix anymore?

Half way down they say that you get Netflix, Hulu, HBO, their first born sons, etc. without gold membership. Hope this helps you out!

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

You're showing as gold here, so you may still have auto-renewal on or something. You can check your subscriptions at

Thanks yeah I tried that and it says I cancelled my monthly payment in Jan :/ can't see anywhere what my current subscription is .

You Don't Have A Gold Membership (The Gold Membership Is Required to play online games E.g Call Of Duty) I would suggest upgrading your membership to Gold, This Has lots of cool features and you will be able to play online!

Hi there,

For Games for gold, you will need a paid Gold membership. Trial memberships do not count.

For the Xbox One games, you will need an active gold membership to play them.
