Hello, im having a problem with not being able to get gold on my xbox. I bought a pre-paid card earlier and i decided to use it but once i put the code in and accepted what it asked me it wouldn't let me play online, i tried to hop onto pubg and it would
let me use it so i thought it didnt go through correctly so i went and bought a one month gold membership on my xbox and it still wont let me play online. I hope their is a way i can can fix this on my side, if their is please contact me asap.

Instead of recovering the gamertag, you can also just test your connection and it should resync your account.

You may also want to be sure to call support and turn off auto-renewal before your subscription runs out again so you don't charge your friend's parents again.
