Gold membership fee overdue but unable to pay.

Is there anyone else out there that has had the issue where they suddenly have an amount due on their xbox live membership, but when they go to pay it, my card info is up to date and even if i went to try change my card info they just get told that they
need to talk to support to fix it, but like right now its impossible to do just that! Everything is messy, and just its just really annoying atm.

So basically, has anyone had this kind of problem, and is there something besides waiting to find a way to contact support..?

hey, my xbox live gold expired recently and when i went to renew it it says i have to pay an overdue fee, why is that?

If you left auto-renew on, then they would have tried to keep your gold going by starting your new subscription. But if they were not able to charge you, you would accrue a balance for that subscription that you still have to pay.

If you can't fix it at Sign in to your Microsoft account you will have to contact support and speak to billing.

You should cancel the membership before renewal time otherwise you have to pay the overdue fee in order to keep using the live service.

You would have to pay the outstanding Overdue Fee before you can change your Subscription Fee or Billing Method

https://account.microsoft.com/services/ do you see an amount in red with "pay now" beside it? If so, that's an overdue payment and you must pay that fee with a credit/debit card in order to buy new membership or redeem codes.

You can only pay overdue balances or even purchase Gold through the console itself with a credit or debit card. Not even a Gold membership card would work I do not believe.
