Gold membership dropped from account?

So 4 days ago I used my free one month trial of gold on my account. I canceled the auto renewal, and now, 4 days later I don't have gold anymore? On my transactions page in my account on the website, it has no record of me getting my free trial either. What
is happening?

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

Thanks for the support message.

Apologies, but free trials will not show up on commerce.microsoft.com as a purchase do to the fact that it's free. Double check and make sure it wasn't just a 1-2 day trial if it was a card that came with the game. You can review your current subscriptions

My monthly subs have shown through commerce as I don't believe it's considered a trial, 1 month is the lowest amount of time you can have on an actual gold subscription as you can buy 1 or 3 months...

If you did redeem a month it should show through there, if nothing is showing there is the possibility you redeemed a trial as Ownage has said.

 

It was a 1-month free trial. It actually still shows it as an available option on my subscriptions page on the website, but when I try to use it it says "can only be used once per account" or something. Plus, how could it be a billing issue if I already
HAD the 1-month trial started with no errors?

In the past the phone support was a hassle. Don't know if I feel like going through the trouble.

 

It's a billing issue because it seems to have been dropped from your account. Please give them a call as only phone support can help with any type of billing issue.
