Gold membership doesn’t work

got gold updated last month still on my purchase history but won’t let me use it now

xbox gold doesn’t work

i just bought a 3month Xbox Live gold card at the store and redeemed it, and it was successful, and it says I have Xbox gold on my account. But when I try to play a game, a screen pops up telling me to go gold. Then it says my account does not have the correct
permissions to do online multiplayer. Help??

 

I never get my rewards.

I’ve had my Xbox live gold membership for 11 years. I’ve been a rewards member for 4 years. It doesn’t even give me the points for my subscription to gold. Let alone purchases. I’ve really given up. But wanted it to work so I could be rewarded for being
a great customer and gamer.

 

can we have a little more detail? Like what happens when you sign in? Or is this affecting online multiplayer?Are there any error codes or messages?
