Gold Membership disappeared after transferring region

Hi, I had bought 12 month XBOX Live Gold membership in December 2013. I've just transferred my region (to UK from Sweden - I've actually lived in the UK for over a year now..) and my Gold membership is gone. I've tried to re-use my Gold Code but it says
the code has already been redeemed...

Guess the only answer is to buy another Gold membership as my other one has mysteriously disappeared after 9 months. Strange days indeed....

I am not sure if Gold Membership will stack with the free 30 day trial. My trial ends the 28th of May the 1 dollar membership was there then disappeared after about 10 days and now its back. I think this is standard pratice.

 

codes cannot be resused once redeemed so that was why it cannot work you will have to contact support for your region to find out why it was cancelled after you migrated sorry.

 

I know, I was hoping XBOX Live Support would comment and sort this out for me as they are not available via telephone right now.

As far as I know the full progress of moving an account to another region can take some time to fully complete. So my advise is to give it at least a few business days to see if it will solve automatically before contacting Xbox Support.

 

Hey , if Sweden is not a Supported country for Xbox Live Gold Subscription option I'm afraid there is not much that can be done. I would recommend you to try to contact Xbox Customer Support explain to them what you tried to do and see if they can help
you out more. good luck
