Gold membership and broken XBOX

I've been a Gold member for 6+ years now (maybe longer?), and in that time I've gone threw 3 Xboxes. While the first was covered under warranty, and they sent me a free month of gold membership when I got it back (basically covering the month of gold I
lost while the box was down), the second time was out of warranty and I lost the use of about 3 months of membership while it was getting fixed. Now that it's down again, and I'm only 3 months into my next years subscription, is there a way to get reimbursed
the time lost till the box is fixed again?

1 Gold Account for the whole family

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

I do apologies for the Services Request you hade to file for you Xbox and the loss of gold. However, their is no way to get the gold you lost back. Microsoft does not refund nor give gold back unless was caused by a server side issue with the Advocacy Team.
Also, when you send your Xbox in for repair they only send gold cards (occasionally). Not everyone gets one.
