Gold Membership Account voucher

I will be purchasing an xbox one s soon,i resign in South africa

i would like to enquire about a few things ,before i fork out a ton of cash ,for a gaming platform, i won't use long term ?.

If i purchase a gold membership voucher for 12 month and i purchase a game and i am discounted on a price for the game ,if it expires will i keep the game, or will i be unable to play after my membership expires?.



If i understand correctly the following three games ,i will be purchasing is Rainbow six Siege Golden Edition ,Over watch Golden Edition and call of Duty World war 2 standard edition ,i assume i will only be able to play online with other people , if
i have the gold membership,once it expires i will only be able to play against bots or can i play online with others ?.

1 Gold Account for the whole family

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

I redeemed the voucher purchased but the Microsoft account option does not highlight which means I cannot purchase gold membership. The account shows the balance but the option is grey and cannot be chosen.

You can still play your purchased games if your gold subscription expires,they're your games after all.

The only time you lose access to any digital content you've bought is if your account gets permanently banned for violating the ToU/CoC.

As a gold subscriber you get access to games with gold which gives you four free games per month,2 xbox one games & 2 xbox 360 games.

You don't need gold to play the 360 games but you do need gold to play the xbox one games.

You do need a gold subscription to play online multiplayer/co-op.
