Gold Members Area vanished from Xbox One GUI, so frustrating.

The Gold members area always use to be on my home page, today I wanted to see what was on offer and the entire area is missing just replaced by adverts like 90% of the GUI since these terrible changes. It's not in the games section or anywhere to be found.
All I have on my home page is the main window, then right of that 3 adverts - pre order the division, Halo 5 and dominate arena with your friends then a How do I find my Xbox 360 games notice. No gold members area. I've searched the whole of the game section
too it's just not there anymore. Tried hard reset but no luck I'm now having to view Games with gold on a separate device than that which I bought gold for. It's my opinion they destroyed the GUI with this useless terrible new experience which means get rid
of anything useful and replace it with adverts which I don't even want. It's no wonder PS4 is flying ahead of Xbox because not even simple things like achievement popping no longer work. It's as if the entire GUI as been replaced with just adverts. Time to
move to the PS4 I think. Better quality games and none of this constant nonsense. Is this happening elsewhere or do you have access to the Gold members area?

Games with Gold members area on Xbox One not updated with October offerings

As the title suggests, I clicked on the Games with Gold members area and it's still showing the content that was offered in September. I tried accessing the members area from two different Xbox One consoles with the same result. Is anyone else getting this
problem?

 

Jigsaw history vanished

After previous problem was advised to re-install Microsoft Jigsaw. It now is working but lost about 800000 gold bars and all Jigsaw achievements have vanished. Very frustrating.

 

OK I have found a long winded way to get to the Gold members area for anyone else who has this problem. Go to the games section, under the first block of adverts click " Browse all games", on the new screen move along to the subscriptions section at the
top. ( you can not do this through subscriptions in settings). Click Subscriptions, now on the main page choose the "see all", next to manage membership. This should allow you into the Gold Members Area. So basically wade your way through 4 pages of adverts
and you'll get there, and this is something we pay for.

 

Really? your really going to sell your Xbox One (I assume) and buy a PS4 because a section of the GUI isn't quite working correctly?

More than likely its an error on their side and will probably be fixed, I had it over Christmas for a day or two, live with it. If you really think the PS4 is soooo much better then get one, however you'll find it also has its own problems.
