Gold member was canceled

I purchased 1-year gold member from HongKong server last week.

And today I received a message from Xbox Live, that they give me 2 xbox live 3-Month gold codes (I guess cause this device is bought from Japan). So I redeemed these two codes.But I also received an email told that my 1-year gold was canceled.

So my question is , why my 1-year gold is canceled? and where is my money?

Xbox LIVE Gold Renewal Question?

Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?

It may be that the auto renewal was canceled from your account and not the membership itself. You can check when your membership expires to be sure by clicking the following link:

account.xbox.com

There should be a section on the right side not quite half way down telling you when your membership expires. If it is not the proper length of time from when it should be then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance.

By my calculations from your original post you're looking at at least 1 1/2 years.

 

I contacted HK support and they said my gold membership already been canceled because the region conflict.

The gold code is from US server and my 1-year gold membership is from HK server.

What a funny ah..
