    Do you think that microsoft can refund me the difference?

    no it is not your not a gold member (swgzll4 is showing up as a silver member) once you are a gold member you will be able to get the game for free.

    gamertags should be free

    they could just let it be free for gold members and a $10 charge for silver members(maybe once a month for gold members)
