    I am a gold member and have been a gold member for many years but i am not listed as a gold member on xbox live rewards so i have not been getting the right benefits of being a gold member from Xbox live rewards.

    Is there any way to fix this issue?

    Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

    If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID

  3. Gold member account problem

    When I try to log into play Halo4 my Xbox says I do not have gold member status, but my gold member status does not expire until 2/13. I can't log into the account info from my xbox but can from can login to xbox live online via my PC. Also online it says
    I still have my gold member status too. So what's up?

    Hello KennyTheBassist,

    After contacting the subscriptions team, we have determined with their assistance that this issue arose due to some changes on the database as a result of some recent preview program updates. We are working on resolving this issue. The only month affected
    by this problem was March, and we have already adjusted your account with a duplicate payback event for that month to reflect the double percent back you should have received from your Gold status. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    I can't play SSFIV: AE online!

    In order to play online, you need to be a Gold Member at Xbox Live.

    If you're a Gold Member yet and still can't play online, you can always check the system status at
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status
