my gold says im now silver and my membership its not up unit 8/27 that's how its reading on xbox.com 360 and xbox one cant do nothing

I have 820 points in my account (free member ship)..now i want to have live gold membership

how i transfer the points to have the gold member ship

 

Why cant i set up a CLOUD storage ??

I'm getting this issue as well, both my 360 and One say I do not have Gold when I clearly do and have had for nearly 10 years without cancelling. It auto renewed in December.

 

Having the same issue as well. Glad it's not just me. Chatting with Xbox Support now. Hopefully this gets fixed.

 

now it closed out a three month I got when the the thre for three deal was going on on one that I had stacked to my other time this needs to get fixed asap

 

They're aware of the issue now. They've been working on it for the past few hours now.

I'm so mad that I can't play Titan Fall tonight with all my friends, who are currently online and unaffected by this membership bug.

 

Yup, they gave me an alternative code yesterday but my account on website still shows as silver..

Dunno if it takes time to update or there's still something wrong.
